As Co-founder and Operations Lead of RightTern, I lead validation and outreach. I spend my time speaking with founders and businesses, gathering feedback, and understanding their challenges. This helps ensure we’re building a solution that addresses real needs and creates value for the people we aim to serve.
Anna Clayton

As Co-founder and Technical Lead of RightTern, I control financial planning and analysis, project oversight and communications with our student community, and influence our operation’s direction to ensure they are aligned with our mission. I translate vision into execution by tracking metrics and aligning product, people, and budget to drive sustainable growth.

As Marketing & Execution Lead of RightTern, I am responsible for our branding and marketing content. This involves overseeing our social networks and communication channels, developing and updating our website, and aiming to engage new clients and students with our business. I also execute day-to-day operations, problem-solve and build solutions to help drive our business towards success.
