As Co-founder & Operations Lead of RightTern, I lead validation and outreach. I spend my time speaking with founders and businesses, gathering feedback, and understanding their challenges. This helps ensure we’re building a solution that addresses real needs and creates value for the people we aim to serve.
Anna Clayton

As Co-founder & Technical Lead of RightTern, I control financial planning and analysis, project oversight and communications with our student community, and influence our operation’s direction to ensure they are aligned with our mission. I translate vision into execution by tracking metrics and aligning product, people, and budget to drive sustainable growth.
