Our Mission
At RightTern, our mission places our focus on two main groups - our clients and our students.
For our clients, we aim to provide high quality advertisement resources, a clearer idea of what their brand looks and sounds like, and reduced overall workload at an affordable price.
For our students, we aim to solve the student work experience crisis one project at a time.
Our mission has been met with both a warm and enthusiastic reception, with the University of Liverpool awarding us the Design Your Future Enterprise Fund in early 2026 as a display of confidence in our future.
Our Projects
Our RightTern projects are the delivery vehicles for achieving both sides of our mission in parallel.
They tailor our service to each client, helping them to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence with eye-catching, polished visual content that captures their brand voice and elevates their brand’s professional image.
When a small business first registers their interest in one of our packages, they are provided with our Client Brief Form which allows us to gather necessary information about the client’s current operations, goals, existing branding, and desired content themes. After we have discussed with them the information that they have provided through this form, it is then packaged up into a “project” ready to give to a member of our RightTern Student Community. From here, the student produces marketing content for the client’s social media channels and submits it to the client for review when complete. The new content is then further tailored to our client’s needs based on their feedback, ready to be delivered to the client at the end of the week for posting the following week.
The RightTern Team are fully responsible for the end-to-end oversight of every project so that nothing falls through the cracks. This includes quality control processes to ensure content meets the expected high standard, ongoing communication to keep clients informed at every stage, and the support and pay of students undertaking a project from start to finish so that every project is delivered smoothly and professionally.
